Welcome to our website www.seabreeze.ae (“Website”). This Website is owned and managed by C Brz The Beach (br. of Meraas Entertainment Destination LLC) “Sea Breeze” part of DH Entertainment LLC (also referred to as “us”, “we”, “our” in these Terms and Conditions).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your access and use of the Website. This Website is provided for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions, along with any other rules, policies, or guidelines posted on the Website (including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) – (collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Website, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
By continuing to access or use the Website, or by utilising any of the services offered on the Website, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other rules and regulations governing the use of our facilities, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Website. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. By continuing to access or use the Website after such changes are posted, you acknowledge and accept the revised Terms and Conditions.
Sea Breeze Rules and Regulations
All guests using the Sea Breeze premises, including rental facilities and beach areas, are subject to the following rules and regulations:
· No refunds: Sea Breeze will not issue refunds for any rental costs under any circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions. The resale or transfer of rentals is strictly prohibited. Offenders may be subject to legal action.
· Compliance with Instructions: Guests must adhere to all posted instructions and follow any verbal instructions given by the Sea Breeze management, staff, and security personnel while on the premises, including the beach area.
· Health and Safety Compliance: Guests must comply with all applicable national and regional health and safety guidelines, including any measures related to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases. This may include, but is not limited to, requirements for social distancing, wearing face masks, health screenings, and hand hygiene practices. Sea Breeze reserves the right to implement additional health and safety protocols as necessary to safeguard the well-being of all guests. Guests who do not adhere to these protocols may be asked to leave the premises.
· Personal Property: Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their personal property. Sea Breeze does not assume any responsibility and will not be liable for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
· Behavioural Standards: Public displays of affection and indecent behavior are prohibited. Guests must maintain respectful and appropriate conduct at all times.
· Operational Changes: Sea Breeze reserves the right to modify operating hours or temporarily close any part of its facilities. Including beach rentals or private events for any reason, without prior notice or compensation.
· Photography and Filming: All photographs and films taken on Sea Breeze premises must be for personal use only. Any commercial use of such media without prior written consent from the Dubai Film and TV Commission ( DFTC ) and Sea Breeze management is strictly prohibited.
· Flying Objects: The use of flying objects, including drones. must not be used without prior written approval from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority ( DCAA) and Sea Breeze management.
· Event and Activation Approval: All events and activations on Sea Breeze premises require prior approval from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) and Sea Breeze management.
· Promotions Approval: All promotional activities must be approved in advance by the Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET) or Dubai Festival and Retail Establishment (DFRE) and Sea Breeze management
· Filming and Photography Etiquette: While filming or photographing at Sea Breeze, guests must ensure they do not disrupt or disturb other guests or the general public. All activities must comply with local laws and be carried out with consideration for others.
· Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and with respect for others at all times. Sea Breeze is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur while using its services or facilities. Guests will be solely responsible and liable for any such incidents.
· Right to Alter Terms: Sea Breeze reserves the right to alter these Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.
· Refusal of Entry or Removal: Sea breeze reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual from the premises without refund or compensation if that individual is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol, uses abusive language, or engages in disorderly or disruptive behaviour that disturbs other guests.
· Pets and Animals: Pets or animals of any kind are strictly prohibited, with the exception of registered service animals.
· Noise Restrictions: Unnecessary noise, including the use of radios, personal stereos, and other audio equipment, or any behavior that may disturb or is likely to annoy other guests is prohibited.
· Weapons and Hazardous Objects: Any weapons, or objects with sharp points or edges capable of causing injury, are strictly prohibited on the premises.
· CCTV Surveillance: Sea Breeze is monitored by CCTV for security purposes.
· Smoking Policy: Smoking, including the use of e-cigarette and vaping, is only permitted in designated areas.
· Food and Beverage Restrictions: Only food and beverages purchased from Sea Breeze will be permitted on the premises. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

قواعد ولوائح سي بريز
يخضع جميع الزوار الذين يستخدمون مرافق سي بريز، بما في ذلك مرافق الإيجار والمناطق الشاطئية، للقواعد واللوائح التالية:
· عدم استرداد الأموال: لن تقوم "سي بريز" برد أي مبالغ تم دفعها لتكاليف التأجير تحت أي ظرف من الظروف، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الظروف الجوية السيئة. ويُمنع منعًا باتًا إعادة بيع أو التنازل عن عقود الإيجار. وقد تُتخذ بعض الإجراءات القانونية بحق المُخالفين.
· الامتثال للتعليمات والتوجيهات: يتعين على جميع الزوار الالتزام بالتعليمات المنشورة والامتثال لأي توجيهات شفهية تُصدرها إدارة سي بريز أو الموظفون أو أفراد الأمن وذلك أثناء تواجدهم في مرافق سي بريز، بما في ذلك المناطق الشاطئية.
· الامتثال لإرشادات الصحة والسلامة: يتعين على جميع الزوار الالتزام بجميع إرشادات الصحة والسلامة المعمول بها والصادرة على المستوى الوطني أو الإقليمي، بما في ذلك التدابير المتعلقة بجائحة "كوفيد-19" أو غيرها من الأمراض المعدية. وقد تشمل تلك الإرشادات، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الالتزام بالتباعد الاجتماعي وارتداء الكمامات وإجراء الفحوصات الصحية واتباع ممارسات النظافة الشخصية. وتحتفظ سي بريز بحقها في تطبيق تدابير إضافية للصحة والسلامة عند الحاجة من أجل ضمان سلامة جميع الزوار. وقد يُطلب من أي زائر لا يمتثل لتلك التدابير مُغادرة مرافق سي بريز.
· المُمتلكات الشخصية: يتحمل جميع الزوار المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامة وأمن ممتلكاتهم الشخصية أثناء التواجد في مرافق سي بريز. ولا تتحمل سي بريز تحت أي ظرف من الظروف مسؤولية فقدان أو سرقة أو تلف أي ممتلكات شخصية.
· المعايير السلوكية: يُمنع منعًا باتا ممارسة أي سلوك ينطوي على إظهار المشاعر الحميمية أو مشاعر المودة العلنية أو التصرفات غير اللائقة. كما يتعين على جميع الزوار الالتزام بالسلوك اللائق والمناسب في جميع الأوقات.
· التعديلات التشغيلية: تحتفظ سي بريز بحقها الكامل في تعديل ساعات العمل أو إغلاق أي جزء من مرافقها مؤقتًا. ويشمل ذلك مناطق تأجير الشواطئ أو إقامة الفعاليات الخاصة، وذلك لأي سبب كان ودون الحاجة إلى تقديم إشعار مسبق.
· التصوير الفوتوغرافي وتصوير الفيديو: يُسمح للزوار بالتقاط الصور وتسجيل مقاطع الفيديو داخل مرافق سي بريز بشرط أن تكون للاستخدام الشخصي فقط. ويُحظر بشكل تام أي استخدام تجاري أو ترويجي للصور أو مقاطع الفيديو الملتقطة دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من لجنة دبي للإنتاج السينمائي والتلفزيوني (DFTC) وإدارة سي بريز.
· الأجسام الطائرة: يحظر تشغيل أو استخدام أي أجسام طائرة، بما في ذلك الطائرات بدون طيار، داخل مرافق سي بريز دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من هيئة دبي للطيران المدني (DCAA) وإدارة سي بريز.
· الموافقة على الفعاليات والأنشطة: يتطلب تنظيم أي فعاليات أو أنشطة ترويجية أو اجتماعية داخل مرافق سي بريز الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من دائرة السياحة والتسويق التجاري بدبي (DTCM) وكذلك إدارة سي بريز.
· الموافقة على الأنشطة الترويجية: يجب الحصول على موافقة مُسبقة على جميع الأنشطة والعروض الترويجية من دائرة الاقتصاد والسياحة في دبي (DET) أو مؤسسة دبي للمهرجانات والتجزئة (DFRE)، إلى جانب موافقة إدارة سي بريز.
· آداب التصوير الفوتوغرافي وتصوير الفيديو: عند قيام الزوار بالتقاط الصور أو تصوير الفيديو داخل مرافق سي بريز، يجب عليهم التأكد من عدم التسبب في أي إزعاج أو مضايقة للزوار الآخرين أو العامة. كما يجب أن تتم جميع الأنشطة التصويرية وفقًا للقوانين المحلية المعمول بها، ويجب على الزوار مراعاة راحة الآخرين أثناء القيام بذلك.
· سلوك الزوار: يُتوقع من الزوار التصرف بمسؤولية وتحليهم بالاحترام تجاه الآخرين في جميع الأوقات. ولا تتحمل سي بريز أي مسؤولية عن الحوادث أو الإصابات أو الأضرار التي قد تحدث أثناء استخدام الزوار لخدماتها أو مرافقها. ويُعد الزوار وحدهم هم المسؤولين عن أي حوادث أو إصابات قد تنشأ نتيجة أفعالهم.
· الحق في تعديل الشروط: تحتفظ سي بريز بحقها الكامل في تعديل هذه القواعد واللوائح وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق إذا لزم الأمر.
· رفض دخول أو إبعاد الزوار: تحتفظ سي بريز بحقها في رفض دخول أي فرد إلى المرافق أو إبعاده منها، دون تعويضه أو رد ما دفعه إليه، وذلك إذا ظهر على ذلك الفرد تأثير الكحول أو المخدرات أو كان يستخدم لغة مسيئة أو كان ينخرط في سلوك فوضوي أو مخل بالنظام يتسبب في إزعاج غيره من الزوار.
· الحيوانات والحيوانات الأليفة: يُمنع منعًا باتًا دخول الحيوانات الأليفة أو أي نوع من الحيوانات، باستثناء الحيوانات المسجلة كخدمة مساعدة.
· القيود على الضوضاء: يُحظر تمامًا إصدار أي ضوضاء غير ضرورية، بما في ذلك استخدام أجهزة الراديو أو الأجهزة الصوتية الشخصية أو أي سلوك قد يتسبب في إزعاج الزوار الآخرين أو يثير انزعاجهم.
· الأسلحة والأجسام الخطرة: يُمنع منعًا باتًا إدخال أي أسلحة أو أي أجسام ذات أطراف حادة أو حواف قد تتسبب في حدوث إصابات إلى مرافق سي بريز.
· المُراقبة بكاميرات المراقبة التلفزيونية المُغلقة: تتم مراقبة جميع مرافق سي بريز باستخدام كاميرات مراقبة تليفزيونية مُغلقة لأغراض أمنية.
· سياسة التدخين: يُسمح بالتدخين داخل مرافق سي بريز، بما في ذلك استخدام السجائر الإلكترونية وأجهزة التبخير، فقط في المناطق المحددة والمخصصة لذلك.
· القيود على الأطعمة والمشروبات: يُسمح فقط بإحضار الأطعمة والمشروبات التي تم شراؤها من مرافق سي بريز. ويحظر إدخال أي أطعمة أو مشروبات من الخارج.
